Unique family-friendly hotel. Nice room with a nice central garden, big bed for couple, basics. Very central location in contrast to the area outside. Also - short walk to train station at the back of the property and road, and the adjoined church.

Absolutely loved the charming atmosphere with beautifully kept gardens. The decor captured the essence of the former monastery really well. My room had a serene view of the courtyard. The breakfast selection was quite good, especially the local options that kept things interesting. A notable plus was the close proximity to San Pedro market and other attractions. I hardly needed to use a taxi. Shower water temperature was a bit inconsistent at first, frustrating, but manageable after adjusting it. The room could benefit from additional outlets for convenience. It reminded me of a unique stay, but some improvements could make it even better.

It was situated close to the main square. The WiFi was fast and constant. The water was hot all day round. Steps away from the san Pedro market.
We found a hard boiled egg under our bed !! Obviously not cleaned properly. The pillow was really hard and uncomfortable. The blanket was hard and rough. The place is run down and needs a lot of maintenance. The garden needs some serious attention.

The staff were excellent and the hotel is beautiful and clean. It's right across from the market and a short walk to the Cathedral. Breakfast had many choices and was very good. The internal patios with well-kept gardens added charm.

The hotel's tranquil gardens provided a perfect retreat from the bustling streets. I particularly appreciated the oxygen tank and coca tea available for altitude sickness relief, which were lifesavers during our stay.

Tbe hotel is attached to an old church and has a large courtyard full of beautiful flowers. It also is right a across the street from the San Pedro market and walking distance to the main square. Felt safe at night, plenty of police around in front of hotel As well as the tourist areas. Rooms were simple and the hot water pressure of the shower was great! Breakfast was good and the decor and ambience of the dining area is a great place to start the day. The owner of the hotel also owns a delicious Indian restaurant near Plaza das Armas.

Wonderful family-friendly hotel with great value, we had a fairly nice stay. Double room with beautiful garden was the best. The location was marvellous and fantastic, short walk to the garden as well as a monastery next to the San Pedro market in Cusco and easily accessible.

Good location. Very authentic old monastery/ church still attended by nuns and part of the area ist used as an religious orphanage which I really appreciate. Rooms are spacious and nice (rustique). Free tea/ hot water 24hrs.
The owners are Indian which didn´t seem to be good at speaking spanish (not at all?) and with english it wasn´t that easy either. Not what you expect in such a city like Cusco and such nice area if accomodation. During breakfast, which is not too bad, we felt a little unwelcomed. They´ve been talking really loud in Indian language, mead a lot of noise and there was no heating in the breakfast room.

This place got a right nice atmosphere, sittin' real close to the San Pedro Market. I reckon I coulda spent all day wanderin' around those gardens. The breakfast was a real spread, lettin' me fuel up for the day. Though, I did hear a bit too much noise from other folks at night. A solid stay!

Had really good experience, overall nicely presented and modern place.
I had the twin room, it was new-fashioned and exquisite.
